Order return and money payback
Iepērkoties TrafoNet SIA interneta veikalā, Jums ir tiesības atgriezt pirkumu 14 dienu laikā, no preces saņemšanas dienas. No returns are possible for orders that have been picked-up in person at our shop.
Rights of return term ends after 14 days after the day that the order has been delivered. In order to avoid misunderstandings, upon receipt of the product you are obliged to make sure that it fully corresponds to the description of the order - model, colour, size and other important parameters.
If you want to return the product, you must inform us by sending the product return form no later than 14 days after receiving the product. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the end of the 14 calendar day period.

If you wish to return the order, your duty is to contact the transport company (courier) and pay for product return transportation costs.
The client is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal, if the product has been used in a way that is not in accordance with the principle of good administration, including for purposes other than determining the nature or function of the product. Therefore, it is recommended to handle the product with care, as well as carefully open its packaging.
The product must be returned in its original packaging. Undamaged, original packaging is an important part of the product's value and also contains important information regarding the return of your product.
If you choose to return the product upon receipt of the product, you can handle it only in the way necessary to determine the type of product, product capabilities and their functioning.
Return process
If you choose to return products, you have to:
- Fill in the return application (the consumer submits the claim application in a free form or fills in the claim application form) and send it to us. The application must specify:
- the name of the addressee (seller) of the claim application
- the name, surname and residential address of the consumer (claimant)
- documents or copies of documents attached to the claim application (a copy of the document certifying the transaction shall be attached to the claim application)
- the date of submission of the claim application
- enter the name of the item you want to return
- the claim application shall be signed by the consumer (applicant) or his or her representative. If the claim application is signed by the consumer's (applicant's) representative, the claim application shall be accompanied by a power of attorney certifying the right of representation.
- Make sure that the products you return are securely packed in the original packaging. The product must be returned in the original packaging
- A return label must be affixed to each box you return. If you do not have a printer, you can write the labels by hand. Don't forget to write the sender's information on the labels. Make sure there is one label on each box, otherwise we will not be able to identify the shipment. Please also write the serial number of each box and the total number of boxes on each label. E.g., Box no. 1/3, 2/3 and 3/3
- Contact the transport company and pay for the return shipping costs. We do not accept shipments that have been registered with "Payment after delivery". We recommend that you purchase transport insurance, as you are responsible for the products until we receive them. Therefore, keep your postal receipt and/or shipment tracking or tracing number

TrafoNet SIA nepieņem atpakaļ tādu preci, which is irresponsibly or poorly packaged, used, damaged, incomplete and which, due to damage, will not be able to be sold.
Money payback
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will check that the value of the item has not decreased and then we will pay the amount according to the condition (value) of the returned item.
The money will be returned in the same form of payment that you used to purchase the products. The cash advance paid before receiving the goods, if any, will be refunded if the goods do not meet the description. In this case, the product is not handed over to the buyer. If the product meets the description, but the buyer refuses to accept it, then the cash advance is not returned.
The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal, as well as the buyer may lose the purchase amount in part or in full if the decrease in the value of the goods is related to, for example:
- The product is not packaged
- The original packaging is missing or damaged
- The product is used
- The product is damaged at the time it was in your possession
- You have handled the goods inappropriately for their functionality
- If the product has been used for a purpose other than clarifying the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product
- The exceptions to the right of return associated with this particular type of product have not been complied with
- As well as in other cases specified in regulatory enactments of Latvia.
Important!
Pircējs pirms atteikuma tiesību termiņa beigām par lēmumu atkāpties no pasūtījuma informē TrafoNet SIA, iesniedzot atteikuma veidlapu vai paziņojumu par atteikuma tiesību izmantošanu elektroniski, sūtot attiecīgo dokumentu uz info@trafonet.lv, or by sending a registered letter. It is the buyer's responsibility to prove the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Pircējs ir atbildīgs par preces vērtības samazināšanos, ja prece izmantota citā nolūkā, nevis preces rakstura, īpašību un darbības noskaidrošanai, kā arī par tās atgriešanu pilnā komplektācijā. Ja pircējs atgriež šādu preci, TrafoNet SIA ir tiesības to nepieņemt.
